Classic chess is a two-participant board game conducted on a chessboard consisting of 64 squares organized in rows of an 8×8 grid. Each participant begins with 16 pieces: comprising a king, a queen, a pair of knights, a pair of rooks, a pair of bishops, and eight pawns. The objective of this chess game is to checkmate the rival’s king, placing him in immediate jeopardy of being captured. The match can be played with artificial intelligence or alongside another individual on the same device. The game also possesses the capability to resolve chess puzzles.
